    I hate writing to idiots but I’ll make you the exception. Where is the white light that rockets create? Where is the a symetrical explosion? What was the green plasma light comming out of the spiral? What are you being a douche bag?

    This is EISCAT near Tromso, apparently. It is similar to the US HAARP system, it is an ionospheric heater known to generate artificial aurora.

    Obviously a failed missile launch. Guidance system failure, it seems to me. This missile probably lost a guidance fin just after launch.
