First off I never said “ALL” the rounds were for practice. Did anyone see any purchase of practice rounds…NOPE. It is their entire funding for ammo for practice/live ammo. Ssome will be used for practice, some for primary function, and rest for contingency. They way the military and others have been doing it for a very long time. Understand the full situation don’t just take one view and stick with it. Educate yourself. And yes I walk past DHS offices everyday but I am not DHS…lmao.
