The only problem ,(not that I dont believe the Govt is doing weather modification) the fact is Jupiter and other planets are also changing ,warming,the big storm on Jupiter has really gotten bigger and revolving faster, I believe the elites can modify earths weather ,but I dont think they can modify Jupiter & the other planets , HAARP getting blamed for everything but there are more strange stations on earth than HAARP ,Russia has several secret weather weapons , we just dont know for sure
