   @raiden711 By the way just because it is not classified as a weapon doesn’t mean it isn’t used as a weapon, and HAARP isn’t a secret in case you haven’t notices, what they use it for is a secret, yet another ignorant comment you have made.

   @raiden711 JFK assassination, false flag terror attacks, the CIA bringing drugs into the country, mind control experiments, bio weapons used on the public, all of these things have been proven and declassified, I could go on naming more things that were once considered “conspiracy theories” but are now fact. I believe what I believe because I do tons of research, I read all day every day, I check my facts. Do you have anything intelligent to say or should we stop talking?

   @raiden711 You could make the argument that there is no proof “according to you”, but you have no proof that they don’t use it for their own purposes, that’s called being a hypocrite and at that point you are just arguing for the sake of arguing. If you’re willing to disregard things based on the assumption that the Government is honest about things they tell us then you really aren’t all that bright, no offense. The Government is so corrupt it’s pathetic, and only a fool couldn’t see that.

   @raiden711 Did you know that most of the funding for HAARP are military and defense contracts? It’s more than weather manipulation, they have a high frequency transmitter which could be used for a number of things, and it could in fact cause earth quakes, especially if it were focused onto a fault line. I’m telling you to do more research then make your conclusions not blindly accept it, it’s a theory, in a world where the truth is concealed we could never know the real truth.

As for weather control/manipulation, I know the government has been conducting experiments related to this issue for many decades mainly for reasonable purposes such as the weakening of hurricanes or causing rain storms to combat severe droughts. Even if HAARP is a tool for “weather manipulation”, weather has nothing to do with earthquakes. In order for me to grasp the ideas of these “conspiracy theories”, I would need a lot more facts rather than blindly simply accepting them.

   @chrissup19. “Most conspiracy theories turn out to be true” ? That’s the most laughable statement I’ve read. When giving things a second look doesn’t mean common or logic sense can be left out. Ever tried giving “conspiracy theories” a second look or do you just let youtube videos (like this one) & various websites do the thinking for you? Telling others that they are ignorant won’t hide your own ignorance. BTW, college students don’t take part in secret weapon programs.

    @raiden711 Just for the record, ignorance does not imply stupidity unless it is willful ignorance, being stupid is one thing, not knowing better is something else entirely. And depending on whether you just can’t grasp the idea or just refuse to accept it because you only worry about yourself, I might be inclined to use a harsher word. They’ve been working on weather manipulation for years, who is to say that the Government would or wouldn’t use it for malevolent means?

    @raiden711 No, just stating fact. I’m not necessarily talking about HAARP but “conspiracy theories” as a whole. Most usually turn out to be true, regardless if it seems believable or logical, people who don’t give things a second look are conditioned and ignorant. College students do allot of research and experiments, that doesn’t prove anything. Most technological advancements have been used as “weapons” in one form or another even though they might have been meant for something else.

    @chrissup19. You mad that I used “LOL”? This video is not about someone’s “theory”, this is about a false accusation. Many people have accused our government and military for being responsible for some of the most terrible natural disasters occurred recently. If you research the history of the areas where those recent natural disasters occurred, you’ll learn that it’s not uncommon. How can HAARP be a weapon when there are university students taking part in the experiments related to HAARP?

Unless you have evidence proving it’s totally inconceivable then shut up, someone has a theory and people like you shoot it down with speculation and personal beliefs, that doesn’t make it fact or you right, read and do more research. Anything is possible, especially considering the corruption/power and resources at a Governments disposal.

    HAARP is not a weapon. Europe & Russia have also conducted similar experiments and have similar facilities. People have blindly and stupidly accuse HAARP of causing the 2004 tsunami, the 2010 Haiti earthquake, and now the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami. LOL. This is what happens when uneducated people attempt to get an education from videos and websites claiming they are telling the “truth”.
